What formats do you offer for your film releases?
We specialize in high-quality physical media, including 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and special edition DVD releases, often featuring restored transfers and exclusive bonus content.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival.
What is your return policy for opened media?
To maintain the integrity of our collectibles, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days. If a disc is defective, we provide a direct replacement at no extra cost.
Are your releases region-locked?
Most of our Blu-ray releases are Region A locked and DVDs are Region 1, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please verify your player compatibility before purchasing.
How do you ensure discs aren't damaged during transit?
We use reinforced cardboard mailers and bubble wrap for all shipments to ensure your boutique media arrives in pristine condition without cracked cases or loose discs.
